By booking an Elite Wellness Retreat, you acknowledge and agree to:

– All retreats are curated experiences, not standardized services.
– Your participation is voluntary and requires a completed intake form.
– Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
– Final payments are due 60 days before the retreat start date.
– We reserve the right to modify venue or facilitator due to force majeure.
– Elite Retreats reserves the right to deny or revoke participation in case of safety, integrity, or ethical disruption.

You agree to act with respect toward other participants, facilitators, and host venues.
