By registering and participating in any Elite Wellness Retreats program, you fully acknowledge and accept the following terms regarding your health, safety, and personal responsibility:

1. No Medical Responsibility
   Elite Wellness Retreats is not a medical provider and does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. Our retreats are wellness-oriented lifestyle experiences, not therapeutic interventions or medical services. Any wellness or embodiment practice is undertaken voluntarily and at your own discretion.

2. Personal Health Condition
   Participants are solely responsible for assessing and confirming their own physical, emotional, and psychological fitness to attend a retreat. It is your duty to inform us in advance of any allergies, injuries, mental health history, dietary restrictions, or relevant health issues that may affect your experience or safety.

3. Mandatory Travel Insurance
   All participants are required to obtain valid and comprehensive travel insurance prior to attending any retreat. Your insurance must include coverage for:
   – Personal injury or accidents
   – Medical emergencies
   – Property damage or loss
   – Trip cancellation or delays
   – Emergency repatriation if applicable

Failure to secure adequate insurance is entirely at your own risk, and Elite Retreats assumes no responsibility in such cases.

1. Third-Party Venue and Transport Liability
   Elite Retreats carefully selects hotels, villas, transportation providers, and local partners; however, we are not the owners or operators of these third-party services and facilities. Therefore:
   We bear no liability for any incident, injury, accident, theft, fall, or harm that may occur at the accommodation, during transit, or in any external service area.

2. Voluntary Participation & Risk Acceptance
   By choosing to participate, you understand that all retreat activities are voluntary and may include emotional, physical, or movement-based practices. You accept full responsibility for any physical or psychological outcome resulting from your own participation or behavior.

3. No Responsibility for Emotional Reactions
   Some retreat content may evoke emotional responses. While our facilitators are trained professionals, they are not psychotherapists unless expressly stated. We do not offer crisis support, and all integration or emotional processing must be done under your own psychological supervision if needed.

4. Emergency Medical Action
   In case of medical urgency, you authorize our team to contact local emergency services and/or initiate transportation to the nearest available medical facility. You accept financial responsibility for any such care.

By completing your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all above statements. You release Elite Retreats, its team, affiliates, and collaborators from any and all liability associated with your health, safety, or physical/emotional experience during the retreat.
