– All deposits are non-refundable, under any circumstances
– Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the retreat: 50% of total amount (excluding deposit) refunded
– Cancellations made less than 60 days prior: non-refundable
– Name transfers permitted upon written request
– If a retreat is cancelled by us (e.g. due to force majeure), you may choose between full refund or future credit
– No refunds are issued for late arrivals, early departures, or missed portions of the program
